HoldFlight is currently evaluating various options for which direction the company will take. An alternative we are investigating is the possibility of a reverse acquisition where the company would potentially get a good return on the capital the company has after the sale of FastOut AB.

The market for reverse acquisitions is, as we judge, on strong progress now that many companies want to enter a listed environment. In addition to having a listed company, we also have a good treasury, which puts us in a position of strength.
